CyberPower OR1500LCDRTXL2U Smart App LCD UPS Systems - 1500VA/1125W, 120 VAC, NEMA 5-15P, 2U, Rack / Tower, 8 Outlets, LCD, PowerPanel® Business
CyberPower OR1500LCDRTXL2U Smart App LCD UPS Systems - 1500VA/1125W, 120 VAC, NEMA 5-15P, 2U, Rack / Tower, 8 Outlets, LCD, PowerPanel® Business

Pros: Rackmountable, 8x 15amp battery backup outlets that are broken into two groups of four with individual circut breakers for both groups. The LCD panel is a VERY nice touch allowing you to scroll through your output wattage, input/output voltage and Hz, it also gives you a % of what your total power draw through the unit is out of the 1125w availible, tells you your battery charge % and an estimated runtime based on the current power draw, The LCD has a blackout timmer if not used (30sec aprox) usefull when you dont want that bright blue screen on. heavy duty construction and good doubble box packaging.

Cons: Weights 60lbs The side rack monts are confusing to use. The front cover is made of plastic for some reason???

Overall Review: Shipping cost, although it was nice to see the delivery guy used a dolly to bring it up to the door and then offered to roll it to my computer lab if i wanted. It requires a common 15amp 120v outlet, the unit is a tade more then 300w below the 80% constant wattage usage "electrical code" for a 15amp circut. I highly recommend this unit, it well worth the money for any one who has massive power consumption needs.

Pros: 16 x RJ45 10/100/1000 ports. Rackmountable with included bracket. The power cord is a 90 degree left standard computer power cord.

Cons: None

Overall Review: It does what it is suppose to due, just wish Cisco made a smaller server rack mountable switch.

AWSOME SPEEDS

OCZ RevoDrive X2 240GB PCI-Express x4 MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) OCZSSDPX-1RVDX0240
OCZ RevoDrive X2 240GB PCI-Express x4 MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) OCZSSDPX-1RVDX0240

Pros: eXtremely fast with no load time or pauses when opening saved content. PCI-e x4 interface that aslos works with PCI-e x8 & x16. Tested out at right where the manufactor rated speeds were. Verry reliable, and allows you to bypass most all interfaces straight to the CPU, unlike with SATA based devices

Cons: No cool EMI external shielding like you get with some other high end PCI-e devices.

Overall Review: Expensive, yes.... Worth every penny when multi tasking, **** YES!!! EVGA fourm member
