Pros: Nice looking design and appears to have substantial build. Very timely online chat and phone support. Easily fit into established door openings.

Cons: Multiple attempts to program both fingerprints and numeric codes failed, even when assisted over the phone by a UTEC representative. I have long experience with DIY projects around home, including building my own computers. Instructions with this device are not the easiest to understand, at least for me.
