Good product, bad customer support

Pros: Laptops were as described and work well.

Cons: Order double processed, so I ended up with two. Tried to return one for a refund - can't get a hold of the vendor. No response. Endless loop of automated emails saying either 'request an RMA from the site' or 'RMA already emailed' - but no email, no RMA, and no response from support.

Overall Review: I do not recommend this vendor.

Not even sure there is support - the site works, but no one responds and all emails are automated responses.
