Pros: Working great so far. I bought this for my laptop, which is my main system right now. Plugged it in and started using it immediately. The seven ports are excellent and right in reach on my desk. Each port lights up when in use and the hub shuts down when I power my laptop off.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: I have an external keyboard, two msata drives in external enclosures (USB 3.0) plugged in all the time. I also plug in two mechanical drives occasionally and various flash drives. It haws been handling everything excellently so far.
Pros: Solid case, easy to insert the msata. Works well. Comes with a small screwdriver for installation. Has a small light to let you know it's on.
Cons: The msata drive does not fit snugly; it rattles around inside and does not feel safe. The enclosed USB 3.0 cable is really thick and stiff; given that the msata enclosure is so small and light, you can't really place it where you want. It goes where the cable wants it to go, which is usually straight out. Maybe it will loosen up over time. For now, I am using another cable that I own. It works much better. It's not shown in the pictures, but on the case it says, in white letters: My Digital SSD.
Pros: Working well so far. I bought another brand of enclosure about a year ago and the msata drive rattles around inside, but the KINGWIN feels solid, no rattling.
Cons: None
