Good chip!

Pros: Good clockspeed out of the box and OC's well. With a small bump in voltage it can top 4.5GHz with ease for giving a machine a nice performance boost plus it has 8 cores equaling computing goodness!
Cons: Won't deliver itself to your door for free...
Overall Review: This chip model is what I would suggest for folks wanting to get a 9xxx series chip but cannot or do not want to run watercooling. Unlike the 9xxx series chips this one is rated within the 125W TDP range so aircooling it isn't a problem. Runs great with most any aftermarket cooler and will even do OK with the stock unit - Just don't try overclocking it running the cooler it comes with. I set this bad boy into a new DD setup based on this chip and a Crosshair V-Z board paired up with some Corsair Vengeance sticks all stuffed into a Thermaltake Core X5 case, looks and runs good! Cooling is an aftermarket cooler, namely a Scythe Susanoo, probrably about the best aircooler you could ever hope to find for one of these and the cooler as expected has no problems taming this beast of a chip. However for the best possible performance pair it up with a watercooling setup and turn it loose.
Works well with a caveat...... AM4 mounting hardware not included

Pros: Cooler does what it's supposed to do, works with many recent sockets and does a good job with all of them for aircooling.
Cons: However AS IS out of the box it does NOT support AM4 (Ryzen) - The backplate/mounting hardware is of the older design and will not work with an AM4. You can get a backplate that fits it from Tt but then they want to charge eleven bucks for the plate PLUS Twenty one dollars just to send it to you! A plate that can fit into an envelope doesn't cost nearly that to send out, I know better than that.
Overall Review: Saying it supports AM4 is and at the same time isn't the truth with this. As for it actually working with AM4 it does but needs the AM4 mounting hardware for it to and it's not included in the box. I lucked out in that I have other setups that can use it so it's not a real loss for me, more of an inconvenience on that. Don't order this if you need the cooler to work with an AM4 (Ryzen) when you receive it with no further hoops to jump through or expense involved.
Great Router

Pros: Setup was quick and easy, only took a few minutes to get it ready to go. The setup itself within the menu was straightfoward and not overly done making getting it all like I wanted a simple task. After that I tested the unit and it worked fine with a good Wi-Fi signal too, even to the outbuilding I have (70ft from the house) it does well enough I can watch a video with no issues about lag/buffering and so on. The router itself is on the opposite side of the home too from where the building is in relation and it still does a good job - No repeater or anything in use here.
Cons: None that I can say.
Overall Review: Unlike the router I had to send back right before buying this one, straight out of the box it "Just works" and with no hassles - Just like the older TP router I'm now retiring. That one itself works great too but sadly it's outdated (2.4G capable only) so finally had to upgrade. The one I sent back from another make had some weird web/connection issues so had to return it and what amazed me was the old TP router performed BETTER than it did - And this new one certainly does too. Have to say from now on, I'm sticking with TP until there is a good reason not to. To the point: If you're needing a good router with good Wi-Fi coverage/signal that's not a headache to setup AND it just has to work, this is it. I have no worries about suggesting this one to anybody.
Wi-Fi is good - Connection to the web..... Problem

Pros: Setup wasn't difficult and got it working quickly, has a good Wi-Fi signal that should be suitable for most any normal application.
Cons: Now - Althought it was working, the one I received had a weird issue with allowing me to visit some sites and I'm using both, a wired and wireless connection here. With the Wi-FI and even with the wired connection, certain sites simply woudn't load at all or at least were VERY slow to load, others would load up like always. I tried a reset, reboot, checked the firmware to be sure it was up to date and after all that I tried the old router that's at least a 7 year old TP make and everything "Just works" with it. Switched a few times between them to confirm it was the router and that was the problem. Had me thinking there were web service outages but that wasn't the problem, it was the router itself all along, confirmed with the testing I did and could never get it to work correctly no matter what I did to try and resolve the problem.
Overall Review: If this one had worked properly I know it probrably would have been fine but with these issues I ran into I had to request an RMA. Not saying all of these are bad but at the same time I cannot suggest one of these to anyone. Must say the next one I get won't be one of this brandname.
First impressions = Excellent!

Pros: Monitor setup was a literal 1-2-3 process to make ready for use. If wallmounting it's not that easy but in my case it was. No dead/stuck pixels seen or anything, just looks awesome! System running Win 7 with the latest AMD GPU driver and GPU (Radeon VII) set resolution to the suggested setting for this monitor automatically and it just worked.
Cons: The price.
Overall Review: Happily it has proper menu buttons and a power button too instead of that annoying "Joystick Thingy" I hate that many monitors have now. So far it looks like this one is a winner - If I have to update this review I will but right now it's all good.
Good cooler - Horrid mounting system

Pros: Cooler works great, nice temps with my 1151 setup and worked perfectly with my Maximus VIII Impact - Didn't interfere with the RAM slots using standard height RAM, which turns out with this board model can be an issue with many coolers you could use with it. Quiet operation even without the supplied connector with the resistor. All copper cooler means it's efficient in keeping things cool. CPU to cooler surface is nice and smooth, highly polished in fact. Cooler's blue LED can be seen but isn't obnoxiously bright. Even comes with a tube of TIM so you don't have to worry about having any onhand - It's included and there is enough of it to make it work with most any setup.
Cons: 1 egg docked for the mounting system itself for the following reasons. As installation was done the allen-head impressions in the screw heads seemed to strip out making any removal and reinstallation of the cooler for re-TIM'ing or perhaps swapping to another system almost impossible with the same screws, It's like they were made as one time use only screws - NOT COOL!!! Also noted the allen head tool itself didn't appear to properly fit these screw holes at all right from the start - This demonstrates flatout cheapness/poor quality in some areas. No excuse for this kind of cheap guys. Now..... As for the mouting system design It's certainly not the best but DOES work. Unless you take your time with it, can be a real headache to work with but once setup it does the job. Just don't expect to do the setup in 5 minutes, first time around.
Overall Review: As for the screws do note I can still remove them but apparently once the wrench starts applying ANY torque to them the allen head slots just strip right out. "Snug Only" was the rule for installation when considering how tight they should be once in and didn't even get that much it seems from them before the allen-head screw holes just stripped out. Will have to re-engineer/redo the mounting system myself and go from there if I ever have to remove the cooler for any reason. Using better quality screws is the thing but not gonna hold my breath over them actually doing so. But still...... For the price the cooler does the job and does it well but do expect to install it and leave it once done with the cons about the cheap quality of the screws, that being the big con of it all. EDIT: Replaced the poor quality allen screws with quality pieces and used nylon spacers of the same length as the unthreaded part of the old screws, everything worked out perfectly. Used fine threaded philips headed screws (5mm) that were slightly longer than the ones replaced with the nylon spacers, all else is still "As was" from the original install including the threaded studs for the backplate that goes through the mounting holes. Now the cooler is secure in place, temps from the cooler are great, installation was easier AND faster too - Best of all if I ever should have to remove the cooler for any reason it won't be a problem to remove and remount.
