Pros: None as it does NOT work out of the box!

Cons: When I turn on the MediaMVP-HD the green light comes on solid until the MediaMVP splash screes shows up on the TV with the Hauppauge! logo. As the splash screen appears the green light begins to blink and the remote is unresponsive to any commands. I've tried it with and without the ENET connection and with a USB thumb drive. I've tried the HDMI, Composite, and Component connections and got the same result. I saw on a web support site to upload the latest drivers but if the remote is unresponsive there is no way to get to the setup screen. Untill there are more reviews of this product I would beware of buying it at this point.
