Most Favorable Review

This little baby is a beast.

EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GM, 80 Plus Gold 650W, Fully Modular, ECO Mode with DBB Fan, Includes Power ON Self Tester, SFX Form Factor, Power Supply, 123-GM-0650-Y1
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GM, 80 Plus Gold 650W, Fully Modular, ECO Mode with DBB Fan, Includes Power ON Self Tester, SFX Form Factor, Power Supply, 123-GM-0650-Y1

Pros: Doesnt even break a sweat, even with somewhat high end components. Running an asus x470 itx build 2700x, 2080, 32gigs ram 240mm aio, 2x m2 drives. No noise from the fan itself in the unit. (I've never even seen it turn on for that matter)

Cons: It does have some coil wine with the GPU on high usage. I actually rma'd this once due to the high noise, and the replacement was slightly better and at an acceptable level of noise.

Overall Review: EVGA's fan curve would imply this unit isn't even going above 30% utilization with this setup.

Most Critical Review

Great looking fans, missing a few features though

Rosewill RGBF-S12001 120mm Dual Ring Addressable RGB Case Fan Hub Set, True RGB LED Case Fans (3-Pack) and 8-Port Fan Hub, Ultra Quiet Cooling with Long Life Rifle Bearings
Rosewill RGBF-S12001 120mm Dual Ring Addressable RGB Case Fan Hub Set, True RGB LED Case Fans (3-Pack) and 8-Port Fan Hub, Ultra Quiet Cooling with Long Life Rifle Bearings

Pros: -These are cheap, and look as good as any expensive fans but it seems to come at a cost for performance. -I'm not kidding, they really do look fantastic, probably the only reason they're still in my case. -Work with asus software really well.

Cons: -Speed can only be adjusted manually -These make an audible rattling/clanking sound when on lower speeds if mounted flat. Laying my case on its side to turn these vertical gets rid of the rattling sound. (this seems to be a common issue with fans, I've had coolermaster fans that did the same exact thing.) Turning them on max speed also gets rid of the issue, which is fine since honestly these fans dont perform that great at lower speeds anyways.

Overall Review: Although they look sick as hell, if I had to do it over I'd get something else. I dont know why rosewill depicts them on a radiator because I can't really recommend you use them as cpu fans since they dont offer any type of pwm control. (unless you're ok just leaving these babies fully yoked at all times)
