Pros: Nothing - poor phone

Cons: Been back for repair twice. They did nothing the first time, then said they would send new one out the second. Two months later, I am still waiting

Overall Review: Only recommend to your worst enemy. Their service is awful

Pros: Fast processor

Cons: System does not match what the specs say. Only has a 300W power supply instead of the listed 460W and when I ordered it three days ago the listing said it had a 2gb Nvidia graphics card which it doesn't. They fixed that reference but not the PS. Needs a better graphics card and a better PS to match the processor.

Overall Review: Very poor customer service. When I pointed out that the systems had the wrong components, they offered a 5% break on the price instead of making up for the $110 in difference of components. I offered to meet them halfway and they told me to ship them back instead. Lesson learned - back to DELL
