Cooler Master Elite 360 RC-360-KKR1 Black Plastic (front bezel), SECC (case body) ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Thermal Master 350w Power Supply
Cooler Master Elite 360 RC-360-KKR1 Black Plastic (front bezel), SECC (case body) ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Thermal Master 350w Power Supply

Pros: Solid construction for the most part, lightweight for easy transport, rather quiet stock fan. This case can really cram the components in tight. Three fan mounts, including two 120mm mounts, in this small space can make for great airflow and a quiet system with the right hardware. Not being limited to mATX board sizes is the best part of all, this is one of the best cases for a HTPC or if you like desktop-style cases. I even like the color.

Cons: Top/side lid is a bit too thin for my liking, just as thin and flimsy as that of the Antec NSK-24x0, and practically every other case in this price range. The power supply mounts in the front by the external USB ports and if you have a deep power supply it may interfere with some longer video cards, at the very least making it difficult to plug in the PCIe power connector. There is a plastic piece that fits between the back of the power supply and the front of the case that can be removed if expansion card clearance is an issue. On my case there is no cut in the metal on the motherboard side where the lowest expansion card's bracket would normally slot down into, probably a manufacturing defect as the newegg picture shows it cut out like the rest of the expansion slots.

Overall Review: I bought this case after the motherboard in my HTPC died and I was bored of being tied down to mATX boards in the Antec NSK-2400. I'm running it filled with a Maximus Formula and lapped QX6700 on a little P5A2 heatsink. I have an 80mm fan on the side/bottom feeding a 9800GTX which runs right up against the power supply wall, I moved the stock fan to the lid and put a 2krpm Ultra Kaze in its place on the side/top. When idle the system runs cool, nice and quiet, only when under a sustained heavy load such as linpack do the fans start screaming at full speed. It is a good case in this price range, I run it in the desktop orientation. One more set of case feet to easily switch between orientations would be a great bonus in a future revision. Bottom-line this is a far superior case to the NSK-24x0, for less then half the price of the Antec this case fits larger motherboards, has more fan mount placements and in better locations, and has better dimensions IMO (less like a pizza-box).

works great
