The audio isn't terrible
Cons: The video could be a little better, but for the price it's reasonable
Overall Review: I got this for my parents so they could stay connected with friends/family over Skype.
They seem to like it so far.
I haven't heard any complaints.
Pros: Gets the job done
Overall Review: I've used it a few times, however I've never once checked to see if all the cables work.. I don't doubt that they do though.
Pros: Gets the job done
Cons: The layout is a little awkward, but I got used to it fast
You need to be in direct sight of the receiver (which you would expect with IR)
Overall Review: Use it for my HTPC, has served me well thus far.
Pros: It does its job
Cons: A little pricey, but well worth the money
Overall Review: Haven't heard any complaints from the buyer yet.
I've bought many many Intel processors and they have yet to let me down
Pros: Works great
Overall Review: I used this for a i7 build i did a few months back, haven't heard any complaints from the buyer.
-extremely easy to install
-great bang for your buck
Cons: -not the best range in the world, but for the price that's completely acceptable
Overall Review: Bought it on sale a few months back for my HTPC, it has been working great for streaming movies and music.
I haven't noticed it acting up once.
Pros: Great value
No issues yet
Overall Review: I purchased it for my HTPC. It works great!
It can handle doing small video conversions quite easily and runs nice and cool.
Pros: Works great for HTPC
Has a good range
Cons: A little large
The batteries that came with it died in a few weeks
Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this.
I bought it to use with my HTPC and it has worked flawlessly for months.
It seems to deplete batteries quite quickly, I've had to replace them 3 times now - this may be because I let it use standby rather than physically turning it off.
Pros: Works exactly as advertised.
Overall Review: I purchased this for my HTPC and it is running perfectly.
It has never given me any problems.
I believe that Corsair produces quality products and would definitely recommend them.
Pros: It is a small form factor, just a little longer than the old DVD/VHS combo I had in the same spot.
It seems to keep components cool and quiet.
Cons: The power LED is quite bright and can be annoying when watching movies. (It's not that big of a con)
The power supply started acting up about 3 months after I purchased it - it has caused me many problems and I have contacted IN WIN to see about a replacement.
Overall Review: It is as advertised.
However, be advised that the PSU has caused MANY customers issues.
I do not believe that I would purchase an IN WIN product again.
Looks more expensive than it is
Big enough to hold a larger graphics card
Cons: Another fan would be nice
Overall Review: Bought this because it had free shipping, and haven't looked back since.
Unlike many other comments, I did receive my MIR in record time!
Very nice case.
Pros: Look good
4 gigs for a really good price
Work as advertised
Cons: None thus far
Overall Review: I bought these for use in a budget build, I was somewhat skeptical as I haven't really hard of PQI prior to this, however I have yet to experience any problems with them.
I would definitely consider these for another budget build
Pros: A great alternative to AS 5
Easy to apply
Comparable if not better than AS 5
WAY better than stock Intel thermal compound
Pros: Works great from 3-4 feet away
Almost too sensitive, It picks up quite a bit of my typing, which my friends complain about. This is easily fixed by proper placement.
Mute button is handy
Cons: Base is quite large
The USB cable is just a tad short to place it where I'd like.
Overall Review: I've been using this for a few years now, it has lasted the test of time and still works great
Pros: Great case for the price
Keeps everything nice and cool
Lots of room for a larger graphics card
Came with more than enough hardware (some cheaper cases skimp on standoffs, etc)
Cons: One more fan would be nice, but for this price I can't complain
Bottom mount PSU causes some cable management problems, some PSU 24pin cables are almost too short.
Overall Review: I bought this for a friend, so far he's loving it!
I personally own a Antec 900 and it has treated me very well over the years.
I would definitely recommend Antec cases to anyone!
Looks pretty nice
Can power just about anything
Cons: It doesn't install itself..
Overall Review: I've bought three of these over the years, I haven't been let down once.
I'm really becoming fond of OCZ products
Pros: Works great for the price
Cons: A second PCI 2.0 slot would be nice for Xfire
No problems so far however
Overall Review: Bought two of these for budget builds, both have worked great!
I've always liked Gigabyte products, and would definitely recommend this
Pros: Good performance for the price (especially with the MIR)
Runs relatively cool
Cons: Requires 2 6pin connectors, but that's stated in description
Long, if you own a smaller case it could cause issues
Overall Review: From the perspective of an 8800 owner that sounds like a jet engine, this card is extremely quiet and runs great!
I'd definitely recommend it for a budget gaming PC
Pros: Cheap quad core
No problems thus far
Cons: Uses old tech, quickly being surpassed by i5, i7's
Stock Intel HSF does an alright job of cooling, but there's no room for even a slight overclock.
Stock thermal paste needed to be replaced, but I do that anyways.
Overall Review: I bought two of these for cheap gaming PCs, they work great!
Pros: Work as advertised.
Memory timings are as described
Cons: I've bought OCZ ram for multiple builds, a few months ago I experienced BSoD and quickly isolated the problem to be one of the memory modules.
I sent it in for an RMA and have never had a problem since
Pros: Works as described
No problems thus far
Cons: It's not a bluray player?
Overall Review: I've bought 3 of these for myself and friends, I have yet to experience a problem with any of them
Pros: I've bought a few of these for custom builds.
I have yet to experience a problem with any of them.
Overall Review: I would definitely buy one of these again.
