Pros: I was actually after the Asus 990 but settled for this combo due to price restrictions. I however never looked back. The MSI board is a beautiful board, has enough USB 2.0 plug ins, many fan connectors, and I love the mouse click bios even though some arent as happy. On board sound sounds great don't even need a separate card.. The AMD 8120 8 Core CPU has handled everything I through at it. I never could browse Internet and render video in Hd without it bogging down. This Is a beautiful combo, for it's price. I'm running everything at stock speed. The only thing replaced was the stock heat sink I replaced it with a larger Zalman air cooler since I don't have luck with water cooled. Base is roughly 25c and at load 45c.

Cons: It's not an ASUS 990. And not an AMD 8150.

Overall Review: Buy this if your on a budget. Also G.Skill Ripjaw does work beautifully in this board. I'm running 16gb (4x4gb) without any issues.

Pros: This BD rom was a great deal, a great BD player, came with usable software and cables.

Cons: I have owned this rom for 2 yrs,I have played BD movies, loaded software, and even backed up my collection. And in the last months tried backing up some new BDs like avengers, and most recently The Dark Knight Rises, and the program I use to do this sees the drive but won't use it to read. I thought it was the program at first but I tried my LG burner and got no errors. This happens mostly with newer DVD and BD releases, wondering if there's a firmware update for it. So now I'm looking at getting another LG burner or rom.

Overall Review: I know the bd suite came with a firmware update program but it has not indicated there is an update. Wondering if there is an update though.

Pros: Price, and it came with Mafia II for the PS3. I had the original Roxio Game Capture and was disappointed to find out they made an HD version a year after. So I sold my old one and bought this one. I'm using an HP laptop dual core AMD Processor basically stripped down model and have had very slit issues and this only happens when the laptop gets too hot so it has nothing to do with the capture card itself. For those saying your having issues about the lag time between your tv and the computer Roxio has been open about that, it's due to the card rendering the video instead of your computer. I don't really use Roxio's editing software other than to make the video useable in Sony Vegas 10. And it never bugged out, however I use my 8 core computer to do that.

Cons: None really for the price you can't ask for better.

Overall Review: They could fix some of the bugs some people are talking about other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Pros: Price, burns blu-ray, burns DVD, Burns CD, and has 3D playback. It doesn't take long to read a Blu-ray or DVD, and burning is so fast. The blu-ray suite program mine came with works great no issues other than 2 channel audio but when your listening with headsets you don't miss surround sound. The other thing I liked was the black finish matches my li lian dragon force case.

Overall Review: Should have bout two.

Pros: The price wasn't to bad, comes with 2 USB 3.0, plenty of USB 2.0, supports sli and crossfire, supports up to 32gb ram, and msi is a trusted name. I usually buy gigabyte boards but decided to go with msi when I had to ram a board from a previous build, they sent me a new one after I already bought a gigabyte board. I gave the msi board to my dad for his build and loved it. So when I decided to upgrade from a 6 core to an 8 core fx I went msi and never looked back.

Cons: I have one complaint and its not enough to deduct an egg or two, should have had a USB 3.0 header on board.
