Nearly audiophile quality
Pros: Played w/o any effects the speakers are very clear w/ defined bass. The tweeters are too bright but pleasing. The bass is too much but not muddy. Speaker has an active midrange making it a true 3-way. All the frequencies are there so they clean up great w/ an EQ! By comparison my $200 3.0 system sounds terrible since it is missing some important frequencies and has boomy bass.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Symbols and snare sounds real. Sound is blended better than my $200 subwoofer system. Bass is very powerful for typical music; not gansta strong. Tune your PC equalizer for amazing sound. Max volume sufficient to fill medium size bed room with medium high undistorted volume.
Laptop Wireless Music Solution
Pros: Plug and play on my Dell vostro 3750 laptop; it simply paired using bluetooth system tray icon. According to my ears the sound quality is better tham FM stereo and a bit lower than line out wire.
Cons: Belkin line out level is less than laptop line out level thus remote stereo system volume control knob must be turned up. Remote stereo system pre-amp must have sufficient volume control range to support lower line in level or else max remote stereo system volume won't occur.
Overall Review: I think it is the newer version 2.1 bluetooth. I did not test maximum range.
Works with Dell 2GB in vostro
Pros: Installed 4GB kingston in Dell 3750 vostro beside dell 2GB ram. Intel HD 3000 shared system memory went from 712MB to 1632MB increasing Graphics score from 4.6 to 5.1. Boot time decreased from roughly 90 seconds to 55 seconds. 3GB is sufficient for many programs in win 7. For me 2GB is a bit low and 6GB is overkill.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Kingston scores again!
Cool LED
Pros: LED light is nice to verify you are transferring to correct drive. Windows explorer icon and "Patriot" label in win 7. Dust/water resistant cap fits great. I'm not afraid to carry in pocket.
Cons: Patriot Icon is too similar to other Icons.
Overall Review: Wish more colors were available.
Nice looking USB drive
Pros: Looks better/smaller in person. Metal cover is spring loaded and snaps closed; stays open once partially open. Kingston icon appears in windows explorer making it easy to identify.
Cons: Where to get a lanyard...hmmm. No LED.
Fits HP pavilion g7
Pros: My 16.2" x 10.55" x 1.22" HP g7 fits w/ room to spare. I've been using g7 in the sleeve while monitoring temp and it does not run hotter as long as side vent not blocked. Looks very nice and protects well against bumps and condensation. The zipper is not contacting laptop because of nice rolled edging. Can zip up case while charging. I have room for a magazine, note pad and the g7. Sleeved g7 fits inside HP 613172-001 backpack.
Cons: A bit loose fitting on g7.
