Pros: Great Dell system at almost half the price of a new unit. One year warranty, same as a new unit. Comes with Windows 10 Pro included, unlike other refurb units that only come with Windows 10 Home.

Overall Review: I am a retired IT Manager. While working, we only purchased Dell PC's at our organization. This is the third Dell PC that I have purchased which was refurbished by Joy Systems. So far, we have had no problems with any of them. Joy Systems is a Microsoft certified refurbisher. All 3 units appear and run just like new units.
