Good product, quieter than they say

Pros: Has great battery life and comes with a USB connection (yay!). The older models require a serial port connection and I just recently purchased a motherboard with no serial ports. This thing runs pretty quiet. I also like the digital readout instead of a couple rows of indecipherable LEDs. So far it has worked flawlessly, informing me only once (via email) that I had an "extended over-voltage" occurrence.
Cons: Unfortunately, I all but forgot about the outlet placement on these newer models. All the outlets are right next to each other in two rows. They are also lined up all in the same direction. This makes it almost impossible to fit more than one or two AC adapters on this thing without losing the use of most of the other outlets. It is also very heavy, but you definitely get what you pay for. Weight is a con, but it wouldn't work worth a darn if it wasn't this heavy with a good set of batteries.
Overall Review: I saw several comments about the noise of the fan, both here and at other resellers. The fan on this thing sounds like it isn't even on! It is quiet as a mouse, and is even quieter than the new fan I bought to replace the fan in my old 1400 unit (which was quieter than the original in the 1400). Probably, I'm not taxing the battery over-much, so that is why the fan does not spin-up. Also, the battery was dated less than a month from when I bought it, so no old batteries here. Yes, the battery was hooked-up already, though I'm not sure how that matters. Oh, and it came in the original box from APC. It even still had the shipping stickers that indicate Newegg received it directly from the manufacturer.
Decent On-rails shooter

Pros: Despite being a Wii game, the graphics are pretty decent and the atmosphere comes across as dark and creapy (as intended). The game has all the hallmarks of a typical on-rails shooter (like pickups that take timing and a fast trigger finger) and it pulls it off the quite well.
Cons: Wasn't completely aware that this was an "on-rails" horror shooter, a la House of the Dead and certain games of the Resident Evil series. I typically don't purchase such games since I don't care for the genre and I don't own any gun accessories for the Wii. This would definitely play better with such an accessory.
Overall Review: Price was right and the game looks good. I haven't played any other Dead Space games, but I suspect this one fills in some plot holes or at least gives some additional back story to the series.
Nice drive at a decent price

Pros: This drive is pretty fast and has lots of capacity. I haven't benchmarked it, but it seems to perform better than my old drive (Hitachi Deskstar 750GB/7200RPM, SATA3). The transition was seamless with the help of some free disk copying software. I like the fact that it is a hybrid drive and a lot of my small tasks are near instantaneous.
Cons: This drive surprised me a little. I have a laptop with the same hybrid technology from Seagate. The laptop has a slightly slower processor and less RAM. Yet, all operations are faster on my laptop than my desktop. I don't know if I have forgotten to configure something, but I expected a much larger speed boost on my desktop after installing this drive. Apparently I haven't yet hit the sweet spot on the amount of solid-state storage versus spindle-based. This line of drives from Seagate is the ONLY desktop (read: 3.5") hard drive with hybrid technology, and they still insist on having only 8GB of flash on the drive.
Overall Review: The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because of the not-quite-top-tier performance I seem to be getting out of this drive. It didn't even register with Windows 7 when I ran the test for my "experience rating". The numbers stayed the same and the HD was still the one dragging the others down.
