Pros: Easy to set up and use right out of the box. I was amazed on how fast and clear it prints. Love the lower tray to hold paper in. Color LCD screen is bright,clear and easy to read. Auto duplexing is a wonderful bonus.

Pros: Makes great tasting coffee, and is fast. Quieter than most coffee makers.

Cons: After almost 3 years(one month shy of the 3 warranty) it started to leak cold water onto the counter top when making a pot of coffee. We figured out the problem, the spray/drip plastic plate, where the holes are that drip water onto the grounds, it is also the part that holds the funnel in place, was completely cracked. I have read other reviews where this same thing has happened to others on this model. I had to pull out our old Mr. Coffee that we keep as a spare. I may purchase another Bunn, but it won't be this model. Either the weight of the wet grounds in the funnel, or the heat, or the factor of both, over time completely destroyed the plastic drip/spray plate.

Overall Review: If yours starts to leak cold water onto your counter top, pull the funnel basket out and look up under where you pour the water in, to see if it is cracked. That may be the problem.
