Mine work just like all the other G.Skill memory modules I have
Cons: They're boring - they only do what they're supposed to do. Wish they would make my coffee in the morning.
Overall Review: These are in a new Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro-P mboard. Computer agrees that these sticks of memory are what they claim to be. Enabled the XMP profile in the BIOS and they went to work. I'm used to using G.Skill memory as my first choice. No drama, they just do what they're made to do for years and years.
It's a cheap knock-off of a "Table-Mate" brand product
Pros: Good price, easy set-up.
Cons: Table top does not sit level, is canted towards the back at most level setting. Legs aren't very sturdy and the table top doesn't hold in place as well as the Table-Mate brand products. This table will not remain stable under the weight of an average laptop. Don't leave anything weighing much on this type of table for any extended period of time as the plastic table top will bend and stay deformed. I knew I was buying a knock-off product, just wished the people who designed this one paid closer attention to the original's design.
Overall Review: I just wanted another table like this for one of our grandsons to use when he's staying with us. It's just good enough for the purpose of eating or drawing on. I'd pass on this one if I were you.
This solved my USB connection problems
Pros: Easy to mount to the side of my PC
Overall Review: My new build is in a Fractal Designs case with USB 3.0 sockets on the top of the bezel, not front facing. This PC is tucked under my desk on a stand that straddles the UPS it's hooked up to with just enough clearance up top for access to the optical drive tray and some USB devices, but not all. Thumb drives were hard to insert and eject because there's not enough space left between the desktop and the case. This little hub solves that problem! Used the double-sided adhesive mounts that are provided with the device and stuck it to the right side panel of the case facing forward; now it's easy to insert/eject thumb drives without getting on my knees to do the deed. Don't need to power or charge devices through this (have a 5 port power hub on the other side of the desk) as I only need it for file transfers to/from thumb drives, card reader and portable backup hard drives, which all work fine through this.
Makes my desktop a neater work station
Pros: It is big Stays put Keyboard doesn't slide around Lots of real estate for the mouse
Cons: Isn't offered in Rainbow Sparkle Unicorn Fur
Overall Review: I'm not a gamer, just an old coot who was looking for a larger mouse pad. My desk is a retired steel office desk with a slick Formica top. Now my keyboard and notepads don't slide around and things are a little quieter during Zoom meetings. The mouse has plenty of room to roam on. The rubber-like back is substantial and resilient, the fabric surface is easy to vacuum off and spot clean so it should look good for quite a while if I do my part. And I was just kidding about the Unicorn Fur. After all, black goes well with any decor.
Just what we needed!
Pros: Sturdy and stable Easy to install
Overall Review: I help run the computer projection systems in our church from a desk that is too high and far away from the pew we sit in to handle the keyboard and mouse comfortably. This tray provides enough extension and drop to place the keyboard and mouse in an ideal spot for us to use comfortably. Plus since we've moved the keyboard and mouse off the desktop we now have plenty of space for our scripts and notes. The price is modest, installation and assembly were easy, and it is now a more comfortable station to work. If I need one for my own purposes this is the first one I'll choose!
Good bang for the buck
Pros: It arrived quickly and in good condition Cable length was sufficient for a mid-sized case Voltage regulation is within specs Fan is quiet It works
Cons: No cons, it's just a boring power supply that does what it's supposed to.
Overall Review: Needed to re-build an older AM3 computer with a surplus Gigabyte GA-M770 mboard and GTX550 Ti card I got from my son-in-law. This 500W pwr supply is enough for a mid-power number cruncher that will be employed as a media center in the basement. If this power supply lasts 3 years it will be $35 well spent. There's nothing flashy in this PC - no lights - it's just a basic black box assembled to run Linux and do what's asked of it. Will consider upping the rating a star if it makes it through the 90-day burn-in period.
Memory for an "ancient" Dell workstation
Delivered new product, as advertised, quickly. Well-packaged for delivery by USPS. It works. What more needs to be said?
I got what I ordered
I'm still fitting them to my ears. Need a set for working outdoors, operating machinery (under ear muffs) and driving. They have adequate volume levels, sound okay, and fit well enough. There are enough choices in tip and ear "wing" sizes to fit almost any ear. My ear canals are small so smaller tips are very important to me. For the sale price I paid they're better than I expected. Only 4 eggs for now because they work, but haven't been wrung out yet.
Fan arrived on time and in excellent condition. Thermaltake is a well respected brand. I'll keep my eyes open for Super Component Store items in the future.
