Pros: SUPER fast. Maxxed out my PCIe x4 2.0 slot with just 2 SSDs. I'm in the process of getting a system with PCIe x8 3.0 slots to truly test this beast with 6 drives. Will update after. I'm getting amazing speed by just creating a software RAID 0 setup through windows 7.

Cons: Since power and SATA data are all 1 connector, I need new cables for my 4x1 5.25" drive bay. Oh well, I should have researched better. Very clear in the pictures.

Overall Review: This card is not advertised with integrated RAID but is instead an HBA (host bus adapter). This is well documented on LSI's website and very clear. If you want the IR firmware you can flash it or just buy an OEM variant from IBM/Dell/HP (if you can find it).
