Comments: well dont let the pictures fool you this thing is big and nice. I had not bought a retail computer since 2002 and i forgot all the programs they load to it. I wanted to do a fresh install of the OS but i would lose all the drivers. this thing underclocks it self to 800mhz when its idle. i tried loading GTA:SA for the PC and it runs slow even on the lowest seting Acer will have to improve the video card it only get 1900 points in 3dmarks2001se even my fx5200 gets more with a slower processor and its shared ram it says 128mb but i have it set to 64 since i need system ram. Acer also partitions the hard drive so it looks like 2 40gb ones for data and the OS. screen is good and so is the keyboard, im not usedto the mouse pad so you might want to pick up a USB mouse. it burns cd fast it only took 20 mins to burn a dvd with 4x rated media. battery last 3 hours. FINAL words (out of 10 performance:7 features:7 value:9 get it if you will only use 2d programs its a shame that they put such a good CPU with slow parts so the rest of the system is a bottleneck...like pc2700 ram, 4200rpm hard drive and intergrated graphics, now i know to stick to my regular desktop even tho its 3 years old it still fast for me

Comments: well i did not get this video card from newegg my friend got it for his computer that he have me a year later he could of saved 45 bucks... well first of all the fan berring wore out, it made the loudest noise ever beacuse it was on the whole time I got it on a dell 2.0ghz with 384mb of ram and this video card cons: diamond has bad support i Emailed them about the fan and they never got to me so i went ahead and got a aftermarket one. the video card is only 64 bit on the website it said it was 128 and the ram ran at 330mhz but after i installed the latest drivers i downloaded coolbits and overclocked it to 400mhz with no problem... with the new cooler i got a overclock of(314,546) 5554 on 3dmarks01 and 1180 on 3dmarks03 i would not try to play doom 3 on this but after all its not a bad upgrade from intergrated video that only got 1700 on 01

Comments: my uncle gave me a dell that only came with 256mb of ram and it only had 2 ram slots so i got this ram but i did not notice that this ram needed 2.6v and the dell mobo can only output 2.5v so it did not work. my friend got cosair value ram for 77 bucks and we traded and it worked fine. the only thing it that when we poped it in his computer it shows up as 2.5-3-3-6 i heard this is because its a AMD cpu. his 3dmark2001 scores went from 10975 to 11560 with just the ram upgrade.. when i got this back in may it was 115 so i guess i did get a good deal out of them...

Comments: I got this fan for my fx5700le 256mb chaintech video card since I needed to upgrade. With the stock cooler i would overclock to 385mhz on the core from the stock 250mhz.with this one i would overclock to 425mhz. The only thing with this fan is that it only comes with 4 ram heatsink and my video card has 8 ram chips. i was not happy with the overclock it would not pass 447mhz on ram. i took it off and put the stock and returned it its been siting in my desk ever since and i wanted to put it on a chaintech mobo but it was too small for the north bride fan. since its copper it starts to turn dark brown so use gloves to install. thats why im giving it a 4

Comments: I got this fan at f**s because I think the shiping cost is cra*y unless you are buying more than 3...well this fan is quiet my CPU fan is louder. Its the best the only bad thing is that is flows 27cfm. anything over 30 should be good if your overclocking but its close enough.
