Cons: My first big order from this site (pg32ucdm gen 3) and just like many others, my monitor had a crack on the bottom right side. Packaging was terrible; no exterior protection and the interior was held by two measly egg cardboards. After reading the reviews and hearing better actions were being taken to better package the monitor I decided to take a gamble. Perhaps my last time ordering from here but I imagine most of the blame goes to Asus for the terrible packaging on such an expensive product.

Overall Review: I am confident the monitor itself is one of the best 4k oled monitors money can buy but perhaps the packaging and shipping is the biggest concern here.
