Pros: Has a very vibrant color and in a dark room has a very nice picture.

Cons: I have had to RMA this monitor twice and gotten absolutely terrible customer service. Both times the monitor developed a line running top to bottom within a month. I clearly marked where the problem was with colored stickers and included letter taped to the screen (should have been obvious from the vibrant green line) and ASUS has sent canned email response that No Fault Found and the monitor will be returned if I don't respond within 72 hours. There is no way they even look at the RMA before you get sent a rejection message and unless you constantly monitor you junk email for something you will miss the deadline.

Overall Review: I work for a health system that has over 7000 pc's and I can say that we have gotten the same canned response from ASUS on every device for the last 2 years. It makes it worse because our average call time is 48 minutes (yes we record this to determine which vendor we want to keep/cancel) to get a RMA. I have 2 other ASUS monitor's at home which have worked for the last 2 years. Judging from the research I have done, this seems to be a common problem with this monitor and they are doing everything possible to delay fixing until warranties expire. When it works it's beautiful, just be sure to take a picture because it's probably not going to last.
