Good but hot

EVGA 512-P3-N802-AR GeForce 8800GT Superclocked 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
EVGA 512-P3-N802-AR GeForce 8800GT Superclocked 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Pros: Runs faster and takes up a lot less room the the 2 slot GTS. There isn't any difference between this and the $189 one, but if you don't want to OC manually this is a good pick. No problems so far.

Cons: RUNS HOT! By hot I mean you can't keep your finger on it for more than a while because this card gets hot, I got a couple fans blowing on it. to keep it cool.

Overall Review: If you got money to burn its a nice card.

Died after a month

LG Black 12X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 12X DVD-RAM 10X BD-ROM 4MB Cache SATA Super Multi WH12LS30 LightScribe Support
LG Black 12X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 12X DVD-RAM 10X BD-ROM 4MB Cache SATA Super Multi WH12LS30 LightScribe Support

Pros: Fast Glossy Worked great when I had it

Cons: Bought three, first one died within the first 2-3 months of usage, second one went into a PC at work and died as well. Still waiting to see if the third one dies as well. It ran well when I owned it, but the reliability of these drives is terrible, I would understand if I got it defective, but two drives with the same problem, purchased entirely different times....disappointment.

Died after a day...

ASUS Rampage IV Extreme LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS Rampage IV Extreme LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: 64GB Limit PCI-E 1x, 8x, 16x Lots of extra stuff like the OC Tool, cables, and other stuff. Rated as a good board, it was between this and the eVGA Classified and I picked this because of the more RAM slots and PCI-E ports.

Cons: Poor packaging, board comes in a box and is secured by said box, no anti-static bag, plastic LGA2011 socket protection is attached to the CPU retention bracket, not to the socket itself (may explain why a lot of people got bent pins). Died after 4 hours of usage, no overclocks, all parts were compatible. Disappointing. Error codes were useless. Kept posting Debug Code 00 which translated to Not used, whatever that means. CPU defective light stayed on despite the fact I tried two guaranteed working CPUs. Newegg does not allow advanced replacement for the product which is a real shame.

Overall Review: For the money I am kinda disappointed in the overall quality packaging by ASUS. I had SR-2 motherboards for around the same price that were packaged securely and worked better.

Good, but serious issues for the price

SAMSUNG S27A950D Black 27" Full HD 3D LED BackLight LCD Monitor w/ 3D glasses 300 cd/m2 DCR 1,000,000:1 (1,000:1)
SAMSUNG S27A950D Black 27" Full HD 3D LED BackLight LCD Monitor w/ 3D glasses 300 cd/m2 DCR 1,000,000:1 (1,000:1)

Pros: Fantastic colors, 120Hz, 3D, overall its great SCREEN for a $600-$700 monitor. I personally like glossy screens, so this may be a pro or con depending on the amount of glare.

Cons: The bad...the reason I am rating this 2 out of 5 is mainly for poor quality control and build quality. Where to begin? Mine arrived with several dents on the base panel, could be due to the poorly packaged accessories that were free to fly around the box (not the fault of Newegg, but Samsung). I had a noticeable dead pixel on the bottom of screen, definitely not acceptable for a $700 monitor. Although you can tell by the pictures that the monitor can tilt back and forth, it would be nice to get some tilt on my end and not have it stop at a 90 degree angle, I tend to sit back while using my computer so it is a minor annoyance.

Overall Review: Overall I like the screen quality and it pairs up nicely with my Apple Cinema Display, but the quality control is utterly disappointing. Will be attempting to get a replacement from Newegg.

Fantastic Mouse, Terrible Battery

Logitech G700 Black 13 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB RF Wireless Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse
Logitech G700 Black 13 Buttons Tilt Wheel USB RF Wireless Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse

Pros: *Macro Keys *Savable Profiles *Good Grip *Weights *Built Well *Little to No Lag *Fantastic in both Mac OS X, and Windows *Small Wireless Adapter (Great for Laptops)

Cons: *Abysmal Battery Life *Profiles cannot be changed on the mouse (Unlike the G9, there is no button to press to change the profiles on the mouse, true DPI can be changed using the buttons, but I could not figure out a way to change the profiles)

Overall Review: I bought this mouse because gaming mice work better for my hands, and since it doesnt have fancy lights, it works as a good mouse for work. Throughout the day, I am using the mouse at various times and by the time I go home, I am out of battery life. This is really quite pathetic for a wireless mouse, even more so for a $80 mouse. Overall its a well built product, coming from a G5/G500 or even a G9, its works well in my hand, but be warned that you will need to have the charger cable on hand. For a wireless mouse to have this terrible battery life is the only real reason I have to rate this 3/5.

Overall Review: To the guy below me, the RAM is not at fault, nor is the computer. You can only run the 1600 MHz RAM with a i7-2720QM or i7-2820QM, do more research before buying RAM. Dont go buying low end components with high end RAM.
