Pros: I have other identical ata rpm drives. This new technology of perpendicular for magic voodoo reasons makes this now the fastest drive among my others! So pleased. ! I'll buy another.
Cons: I have it in an external case USB 2.0...Dont put it sideways it makes a horrid sound and doesnt like it. otherwise works perfect.
Overall Review: best you can get if needing an ata still. Roadkils disk speed test: linear read:25 Mb/sec, access 8ms. Rock on new egg! rock on !

Much Better
SONY DSC-W100 Silver 8.1 MP 3X Optical Zoom Digital Camera
Pros: Feels better built. not as flimsey as the w70

Overall Review: I bought this to replace the w70. The w70 did not have any manual abilities, its just a point and shoot. On the other hand. this w100 is PERFECT! It is my upgrade from the w5. this camera has a nice manual mode. Feels nice and strong too. If upgrading from the w5 you will be very pleased. stay away from the non manual mode cameras.
