very nice monitor, looks mostly new and works perfectly so far.

I never did receive a 6500 but did get a 5500 with the same memory and hd and windows 7 so i'm happy with the purchase and the item was in great shape, initially I was sent a d630 with less memory and hd capacity, when questioned on it I received a very prompt phone call and a nice young gentleman assured me the right item would be shipped promptly, well as stated above I never did receive a 6500 but what I got is suitable for the price and condition. I did inform them that I still hadn't gotten what I ordered but I received no response, so I guess for a bottom line they provide a nice product at a good price but apparently you may or may not receive what you ordered. I gave them 4 eggs for prompt service and for providing a nice product even though it wasn't what I ordered.
