Pros: 24 ram slots, 10 gigabit ports, easy to manage server port, I was able to update BIOS through IPMI to use e5 26xx v4 processors. Manual explains well where to install ram if not occupying all slots.

Cons: Lacking audio connection from case to motherboard, 1x pci x16 (all I needed - but for everyone to know. I only loaded it with single tesla for my needs.)

Overall Review: I would purchase again and recommend to others.
