Pros: - Great specs, pairs well with my Ryzen 3800x
- Looks great, fits in with all the new style Corsair stuff (triangles)
- RGB works well in ICue
Cons: - Had to reinstall ICue to get the RAM RGB to work
Overall Review: - If you like Corsair stuff you will like these, make sure the speed/timing/ect meets your needs and if they do these will not let you down.
Pros: Fast speeds for low prices!
Looks great with other TUF components.
Overall Review: Crazy how fast RAM has gotten since my last PC in 2011.
Pros: Cooling is only slightly worse than the Kraken X73 (i replaced this one with it) and the X73 is a 360mm radiator and over twice the price.
Fairly thin which makes its easy to install with todays bulky MOBO IO covers and North-Bridges.
Cons: Mine lasted approx 9 months than just died and had to be RMA'd which takes about 1 week to get approval, 1 week to ship, 1 week to test and fix, and another 1 week to ship back.
Overall Review: If yours lasts longer than mine it is a solid cooler. It should be worth noting that the "M" series coolers are basically cheaper ("economical") versions of the "X" series so they are most likely more prone to failure.
Pros: + Performance; the 5700xt bends the 2060 Super over a barrel and competes with the more expensive 2070 Super
+ Looks; Sleek, modern look, matches well with the Asus x570 MOBO that has the same TUF style
+ Noise; Silent at idle, very quiet while gaming, louder during stress testing, overall not an issue
Cons: - The small LED light bar on the left-front side is a rainbow color scheme and can't be changed or turned off (might be able to kill it by modifying the card ie. cutting the cables but i have never tried)
Overall Review: Requires 8-pin and 6-pin power cables.
Overall Review: These things are surprisingly quiet even at full power!
Pros: Spacious interior which will fit any cooling/ GPU(s)/ ect. you want into it. It also looks great, very sleek and modern. My largest issue with mid-tower cases are that they have a really hard time mounting AIO water coolers. Most mid-towers that you try to install a AIO in will either hit the RAM or the CPU power cable, or, for rear mounted radiators, will bump into the top case fans. This case is a larger mid tower and has none of these problems. This is also a literally solid case, it feels like it could be throw off a building and not be damaged.
Cons: Cable management is surprisingly rough. Given its size you would think it would be a breeze. I got a fully modular PSU and still had issues with cable management. The main issue is that the back panel sits to close to the back of the motherboard panel where your cables are. I would have liked another .25-.50 inches of space back there. I had to remove the HDD cage (didn't need it anyways) to get all the cable nice and cleanly hidden. Another thing is how tight the SSD cables have to be routed. The one you can see on the side of the PSU shroud has to be routed through the HDD cage and you also have to remove the metal bar thing to get the cables through. The same issues go for the SSD mounts that sit on the top of the PSU shroud.
Overall Review: Overall this case is solid and if you have a few hours to perfectly rout your cables so they are clean it will fit your needs i just wish it was easier to build with. That being said you only need to build once and after that its a solid, quality case that looks great!
Pros: High static pressure, airflow, and very quiet (100% is louder but its just air noise)
Cons: Price is slightly higher than the average fan but its worth it SEE "OTHER"
Overall Review: I bought this exact fan on 5/20/2014 and just now on 5/4/2018 received this one so i can give you an idea on how long they last. The one i replaced had sat on my radiator horizontally for approximately 4 years so figuring about 12 hours per day of run time; this (original) fan lasted 17,520 hours. BTW the fan i replaced was not broken but it was making an annoying squeaking noise, if i really wanted to i could have opened it up and applied some grease to extend its life.
Pros: Performance - Runs GTA (maxed out) @ 1440p at 50-60 FPS
Temperature - An hour of 100% usage and the max temp was 58 degrees
Aesthetics - Well designed fan shroud, RGB lighting looks great and is easy to customize
Power - Uses way less power than my last AMD card, and only requires 1 8-pin cable
Cons: Large - Around 12" long
Overall Review: Buy it, its strong preforming and not expensive!
Pros: - Works as advertised!
Cons: - None
Pros: - Lowered temps on my AMD FX-8320 and my AMD R9 290
Overall Review: Buy it!
Pros: + Clear sound
+ Punchy bass
+ Adjustable volume
+ RGB lighting
+ Sleek look
Cons: - Short cable
- Adjustable part is too easy to accidentally move and make larger
Overall Review: Get the Strafe keyboard and you can sync up the two RGB's and get them in sync, which is very cool!
High quality, Polk is known for solid products that last
Simple, sleek design
Cons: Large, very, very large
Overall Review: They are big but if you wall mount them, using an aftermarket kit, their footprint can be moved off your desk.
Pros: + Durable, shock proof, and long lasting
+ Nice design
Overall Review: I own two of these and they are rock-solid, best choice for a flash drive on the market.
Pros: Great Cherry MX Red keys, smooth, and accurate
Full RGB and using Corsair Utility Engine you can program alot of different effects
Durable, heavy duty frame, it feels like it will last a life time
I like the wrist support
Cons: The bottom half of some keys are not lit up as bright as the top half such as the semi-colon key and others
Overall Review: Price is good, keyboard is great, buy it!
Pros: 12 programmable mechanical buttons
RBG LED's, 4 zones of customization lights
High poll rate and dpi
Great for RPG, MMO, MOBA gaming
Cons: The light that shines over the side keys is NOT RGB and is white only
Large enough (all most too large)
Cons: I wish they made this mouse pad without the grey "scratched up" look, the only other one had a yellow border (no anti-fray) and most people dont have yellow PC parts
Overall Review: Overall it is a high end mouse pad and is a great price!
Pros: - Easy to use (great for not so computer savvy people)
- Quick boot-up and program starts
- Vivid screen
Cons: - Most of your save files will be on the cloud so internet connection is basically required
Pros: - Full, rich sound with heart stopping power
- Clear, smooth bass
- Looks simple and sleek
- Very substantial and solidly built
Cons: - Heavy, although this is to be expected
- Slightly on the large side but not bad
Overall Review: - I tried it with my sound bar and with my 5.1 receiver system (both Polk) and the bass is way louder with the 5.1 system, food for thought
Pros: + 2560 x 1440 (2K) resolution is sharp and vivid
+ 144 Hz is smooth
+ Free sync is very fluid and games seem to have a more stable frame rate even compared to v-sync
+ Color is nice but needs some tweaking to get just right
+ Side panel, that adjusts the monitors settings, have a little joystick type switch that makes navigating the settings very easy
+ Stand and stand arm are rock solid, heavy metal/ plastic that not only is solid but also fully adjustable and aesthetically pleasing
+ Asus warranty and customer support are great in case you need to use it ( i have used it for other items before)
+ "2K" is much more viable than "4K" in both price and performance, it is a great balance between looks and performance
+ Vesa 100 x 100 pattern makes wall mounting a breeze
+ Without the stand and stand arm the monitor is not very heavy
Cons: - The borders are a little thick if your planning a multi-monitor setup ( i am not)
- The monitor is not the thinnest one i looked at
Overall Review: Demanding, if your video card is not AMD R9 390/ Nvidea 980 (+/- a little) you will find games alot harder to run but its not the monitors problem just be aware that "2K" is roughly 70% more pixels and roughly that much more demanding
I would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone!
Pros: Fast, reboot takes less than 10 seconds, opening programs is almost instant
Reliable, Samsung has a great reputation for long lasting drives
Software, the magician software is great for monitoring and optimizing your drives
Price, for what you get the value is superb
Overall Review: Any one considering an SSD should get this or the Pro series
Overall Review: Any one looking for an SSD should get this or the Pro series
Pros: + 4 USB 2.0
+ Simple black design
+ Cable length is very long
Cons: - Does not sit flush with case very well
- Tight fit in my case, had to jam it into place
Overall Review: Overall a good value for the money if you need some usb's
Pros: 7 Colors
Brushed aluminium look
Seems very solid and good quality
Cons: Bright LEDS, no dimmer
Overall Review: Some gamers like the bigger "clicky" Cherry MX type keys, if so this keyboard is not for you
Very high quality
Comes with adapter and screws
Cons: The exhaust side of fans are sort of ugly looking compared to the intake side
Overall Review: Amazing fans, expensive, but worth every penny
