Cons: Can not fit into my servers. My machine needs the sata port at the exact position of a 3.5 inch drive. This adapter can not do the trick! They clearly at least try to mimic a 3.5 drive, but there is 2mm shift towards the center. Mushkin, could you please refine this product by shifting the holes on the plate? This should be a very easy change...

Pros: This is best 2.5 enclosure I had. USB3.0 is extremely fast, get 130MB/sec read/write easily. Being able to switch the drive is a huge plus for me, since I got a lot of spare drives from my old computers.

Pros: Bought them in bulk, all working smoothly. one ram slot is not working in one board I received, but changing my ram to another slot makes it work. This board has everything I need for a server machine.

Cons: single DOA ram slot is my only disappointment. But i am satisfied with this low failure rate.
