Straight-forward, no-frills Z690 board
Pros: - Has all the essential chipset features. - Reasonable price point
Cons: - DDR4 board will become obsolete faster (not MSI's choice)
Overall Review: So far everything is working as expected! The choice to have to choose DDR4 or DDR5 is rather silly given the lack of DDR5 availability, but that issue is not specific to this board.
Monitor stopped turning on
Pros: - Good performance - Nice monitor
Cons: - After a few months the monitor does not turn on and the laptop is unusable
Overall Review: - Unfortunately this occurred after the seller's warranty period
