Pros: Eventually got it to work for my HP Deskjet 820cse on my Windows 7 64bit computer

Cons: Took awhile to get working, was about to return it. Required locating and installing a custom patch containing spooler DLLs specifically for HP deskjets with 64 bit windows. Required setting up two drivers, one for the printer and one for the adapter itself. Not plug and play.
