Pros: Customer service was very nice and helped me with the RMA process.

Cons: Came in with a dead GPU, tried swapping spots on the motherboard, found that the clip to the pcie slot was broken and the Ethernet port was not working correctly.

Overall Review: Customer service was great but it doesn’t seem like anyone is testing these products before they are sent out. GPU wouldn’t even light up. You’d expect a computer to work for the amount of money your spending. Will update post when I receive my replacement but so far it hasn’t been a good experience.
