Pros: Needing renewal soon and the price is good. Have trusted MWB as to keeping junk off my computer. 3 computers vs. 1 just renewing from the MWB web site is better.

Cons: Only thing is that if you add a second computer, it takes up from when you added on that computer so you won't get the full year unless you did a fresh install on both.

Overall Review: IMO, this software is junk. You can't shut off anything unless you reboot and then it is back on. When you go to a web site that has the least little hint of any sort of virus or pup, it WILL shut off the web page and you can't go there anymore. I was on the phone for almost two hours talking to someone that seemed to be in India or other country and I couldn't understand him half of the time, or he didn't understand my questions. Help is sparse at best. To me, AVG WAS a good company, but it went to hell real fast.

Pros: While it will play cassettes, there is a problem connecting to the car's Bluetooth system.

Cons: Maybe I got a bad player, but I followed the instructions and the car's radio would NOT connect to the player. No new devices found! It did connect to my iPhone but suddenly disconnected and won't re-connect and the phone had a hard time finding it even with the player right next to it.

Overall Review: Directions are rather sparce. Ear buds and a USB power cable. Will work with 2 Double A batteries. I have an adapter cable coming that will fit into the headphone jack and to a USB port to see if that works, but I don't put a lot of faith in that either. Could I recommend this? Thinking of returning it if nothing works out like I think it won't.

Just as a fair warning, lately anything that is being shipped UPS will be sent over to USPS. My package was a day late, most likely because of the laziness of someone in the shipping dept. and transit. Since UPS deliverers don't know how to use the GPS in their cell phone to find a delivery point, but can look at Facebook all the time, I find that one SHOULD do their job and deliver packages instead of posting on Facebook, Pintrest, or whatever social media they use. As to the product, Win 10 recognized it and when I put a M.2 drive in it, I needed to format and then give it a drive letter. Comes with a USB C and C to A cable for connivence.

I had no need to contact customer service as the product came in on time. Everything was there and it was a sealed box. Since this was to replace my dated video card, it seemed like a good choice. Dealer came through! They did a good job.
