Awesome OC, Really Nice Board!

Pros: This board ROCKS! Very Easy overclock! (I use BIOS). A lot of settings and nice board layout. Plenty of USB ports and lots of great features. Gigabyte support on their site seems ok, but tweaktown has a lot of good info!
Cons: 1st one I received had two bad ram slots -- it wouldn't work with 8gb installed. RMA'd and new board works like a charm. Could use a couple more SATA ports to use in Raid 5, but you can use and IDE DVD drive to open up an extra port. LAN Teaming didn't work with the software on the CD (setup didn't match the manual either -- see below). I like the dual firewire on the back, but I think I would have liked a header so I could have firewire on the front.
Overall Review: Running Q6600 @ 3.6GHz using M.I.T. only. No special settings required, just set FSB and it's Prime95 stable overnight (F8a BIOS). Also have 3 x 1.5Tb in Raid 5 on Intel SATA and 2 x 750Gb (Raid 0) on Gigabyte SATA. Running 8Gb 1066 G.Skill RAM, Sapphire 4830 512MB, Zalman 9700, Coolmax 950W PS, Enermax Chakra Case w/two extra 120MM fans, & Vista x64 Ultimate. The CPU runs around 68 C on full load and ~38 idle (CPU is not lapped). Teaming works great but I had to buy a 802.11ad (link aggregation) compatible switch and download the Vista VLAN tool someone posted for Vista. The diagnostic tool on the CD says it will support Teaming, but I couldn't get it to work. Someone said for this case they couldn't get the fan installed in by the drive bay at the bottom -- you just need to unscrew the 3-bay hard drive compartment & then put the fan in -- easy. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS BOARD for socket 775 CPUs. I was looking at i7, but they're too much right now. Overall best MB I've had.
Ok, but not great

Pros: Small, fits in Apex MI-008 with no problems.
Cons: Not capable of cooling very well, I had to replace this with the stock intel cooler that came with the E7500 (which fits and works fine in the Apex MI-008).
Overall Review: It's not worth $30 when the stock cooler fits and works fine.
A Great Power Supply!

Pros: Plenty of power. Lots of connectors. Cables are very long. Fan is super quiet.
Cons: The cables are a bit stiff but after you get them where you need them, who cares, right? Not modular, but I knew that when I bought it at the time.
Overall Review: I recommend this power supply. I purchased in October 2011, it stopped working Mar 2017. Almost full to full load for almost 5½ years, 24/7 is not bad. Ran several systems over the years for GIMPS and GPU72, usually dual GPU 580s with an i7. I haven't opened it yet to see what went wrong, but I'm pleased with the performance I got out of it until now. I know most won't buy this PS anymore, but if you come across a used one, you'll be happy with it!
Excellent Power Supply!

Pros: This power supply is running a 32-Core AMD Opteron System, 128GB of ECC memory and a GTX 580. The CPUs and the GPU have been running 100% for over 2 years with no problems. The system is part of the GIMPS project - mersenne.org.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: I highly recommend this power supply! Getting ready to swap the 580 for a GTX Titan Z.
Great Drive and Capacity

Pros: I like this drive because of the large capacity and the USB 3.0. I purchased 2 of these drives in Oct 2013 for backup use and streaming media over the network. They are very reliable. I've never had a problem with data integrity. Includes Hitachi 7200 RPM drive!
Cons: Only con is that you can't turn off the sleep mode. There is a driver from HGST that says you can turn it off, but after 1½ years I still haven't figured out how to turn it off. Spin-up and access are still quick but I removed an egg for this.
Overall Review: Awesome drive. I paid $169.99 each in Oct 13 from Newegg, glad to see they hold their value!
Amazing!

Pros: I have been super impressed with this board! I waited to leave a review because I didn't want to write one until I knew that it was good or bad. I am currently running a 3770K, 8Gb Ram and a GTX 580 on this board with phenomenal results. I do non-stop trial factoring for GIMPS through GPU72.com and this little board keeps up with all the other 1155 boards I'm running.
Cons: The first one I had did stop working after a few weeks, but ECS's 99 hour replacement was amazing! I requested the RMA, it got approved and in three days I had a brand new board running again. Only real con I can think of is that it only has two ram slots, so you'll need 2 x 8 to get 16Gb. Also, can't take advantage of 'K' overclocking on this board.
Overall Review: I would purchase several of these boards if I needed more. The first board I had needed a BIOS update to use Ivy Bridge, the RMA replacement came with the updated BIOS ready to go. When looking for an 1155 board, there's not much reason to pay more unless you're looking to overclock.
