Complete 2 in 1 desktop computer/tablet in a compact size for decent portability...
Pros: Windows 10 if you like Window OSs, quad core Intel Atom Cpu,.. 1.33 GHz boosts to 1.83 GHz under load, 2GB memory, 32GB storage expandable to 128GBs, functioning keyboard, fairly lightweight, solidly built and designed, one micro USB port, two USB ports... one in keyboard which I am using with a wireless mouse, the other on the tablet, one HDMI port, one headphone port, one DC port for battery charger adapter (included) for wall outlet, two cameras 2MP... one front, one rear, easily detachable tablet from keyboard, sharp graphics and text for easy on your eyes viewing, touch screen for fingers or stylus, audio speakers and microphone, all for about $170. Try finding all these features for that price with a Microsoft Surface or Apple iPad... not going to happen.
Cons: Does not function as an emergency cell phone substitute or GPS device with a hot spot. Could be a little lighter, I suppose, Could have better sounding speakers. Some inconsistencies using a stylus on touch screen. Fingers work better in my opinion, but a mouse pointer is best of all on small on-screen objects and buttons. Make sure you calibrate for touch screen features in the Windows Control Panel and activate all the touch screen features in Windows 10.
Overall Review: Have only used this IRULU tablet for a about a week, so this evaluation may be somewhat limited. I still would make this purchase again, and I think it is a good buy for someone on a limited budget, who would want a product like this. I don’t know what kind of knock-around abuse this tablet can take, but that is always the shortcoming of these kinds of products. Maybe some day, one of these devices will be designed like the old Ma Bell telephones use to be years ago. They could take a licking and keep on ticking so-to-speak. In other word, they were hard to break. My suggestion is get a SquareTrade contract or similar company’s insurance policy to protect your investment. Update to this review on 03/29/2016: Several keys on the keyboard quit functioning after about three months of ownership with limited use which has been somewhat frustrating and disappointing, I'm currently awaiting a response from IRULU to see if I will receive a replacement keyboard in a timely fashion. Also, this tablet should have had a 64 bit Windows 10 version released with the x64 bit hardware instead of a Windows 10 32 bit version that came with it in my opinion. Have been having problems with MS Windows 10 automatic Cumulative Security Updates in recent weeks on this tablet, but that may be related to Microsoft.
Not a Happy Camper...
Pros: There's not a lot of positive things I can say. I have bought this modestly priced gaming computer case (Yellow accent) in the past, and was satisfied with it's accessibility, general construction, and the fact it had three factory installed 120 mm fans... one front, one rear, and one side providing good case circulation and cooling without the need for additional fans. This computer case being reviewed is the green version. It has a nice side panel window with a fan as mentioned before. It comes with motherboard screws, extra standoffs in addition to the ones already installed in the case, screws for mounting DVDs, HDDs, and SSDs (within a adapter bracket, of course), and a few sharp pointed metal screws. An audio speaker is also included for the motherboard. It also has a consistent black paint job, inside and out, and a youthful flashy Tank design on the left side of case that may appeal to young computer users... onto the Cons...
Cons: After partially assembling components inside this case, I found that the front panel ribbon cable HD Audio plug and the USB 2.0 plug were both damaged. NOT HAPPY AT THIS POINT! The plastic on the plugs was melted as if someone had used a soldering iron on them. The USB plug was rendered completely useless because the pin holes on the end were blocked with melted over plastic. The HD Audio plug was damaged, but I was still able to be plugged into the HD Audio Port on the sound card. Weather or not it works, I don't know since I wasn't able to complete the build. The coating on a couple of individual wires by the USB 2.0 plug were also melted away exposing raw wire as well. Either someone at the manufacturing facility came in with a bad attitude the day this box was being assembled or the ribbon cable being installed was not inspected before installation that may have come from a supplier in that condition. I don't know how this could happen otherwise. It was either intentionally damaged or a case of gross negligence in the manufacturing process or quality control. I will be getting a RMA and returning this computer case back to Newegg immediately.
Overall Review: I would still recommend this computer case for anyone interested in building a computer on a modest budget. I feel like I got a lemon as they say because of the defective front panel ribbon cable plug damage rendered the computer case useless. Better quality control at the factory could have prevented this product from going out the door. I would be a little hesitant to purchase this product again after what has occurred, but it's price, design, and construction still warrant serious consideration for a modestly priced computer build. This kind of flawed product does not enhance a company's reputation. I'm upset because of the time and effort lost in attempting to nor only build this computer, but the hassle of sending it back for a replacement.
Great wireless compact, portable mouse for users on the go... or at home.
Pros: All the features described in the description of this wireless mouse work great so far and makes this an excellent lightweight, travel mouse for a 2 in 1 tablet, a laptop, or even a stay-at-home desktop computer, all of which I have already used it with. Windows 7 and Windows 10 installs the drivers automatically and quickly for easy use. It is compact enough to take with you on the road. It is designed with comfort and styling in mind for either your left or right hand and can also be used in the home on a desktop computer. The sleep mode helps save the battery for long extended usage. I've had it for a couple of months now, and its working perfectly. It's very accurate when using any of the DPI settings. There's a simple reset procedure included in the abbreviated instructions should something get out of whack.
Cons: Works the best with mouse pads if that's a con. Illuminated red button designating DPI setting changes probably could be improved, but I just push the button until I find a DPI I'm comfortable with.
Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this product at this price point... It performs right up there with all our gaming A4Tech X7 mice which is the standard mouse being used around our household and in my sons' households.
Excellent Customer Service...
I would definitely recommend this seller. The price they charged for the wireless mouse was very reasonable. They provided excellent customer service when I contacted them about the product that they were selling, and they were very cordial through the e-mail correspondence. The product was shipped promptly and came sooner than I was expecting. The product was packaged well. I would definitely buy from this seller again if the need should arise for one of their products.
