Cons: I mistakenly thought the SSD was dead on arrival because it wasn't recognized by my computer when plugged to the USB port.
Instructions don't indicate this is normal until data is copied to the SSD using the Samsung data migration software. I spent 2-hours figuring this out. My bad, their omission.
