Pros: Solid, functional, good performing system. Exactly as described. Refurbished but looks new. Packaging was basic but functional; no shipping damage. Ran correctly on startup. Included keyboard and mouse are very useable generics. Windows installation is blessedly free of "bloat-ware"; includes functional anti-virus, WordPerfect suite and WinZip. Importantly, the only surprise was the immaculate condition of the system.

Overall Review: I've spent a lot of my career making used PC's function. This refurbished machine was a real pleasure to work on. First, on opening the shipping box I noticed that the case exterior was immaculate. There were no labels (or remains of them), dirt, or scratches on the case. The next thing I did was to open the case and visually inspect the mainboard, fans, cabling, etc. This box was spotless! Absolutely no dirt, dust, etc. anywhere. Second, on starting the system, the software installation and configuration was straightforward, "vanilla" Windows 7. There is almost no "bloat-ware". The inclusion of the WordPerfect suite, WinZip, and a basic anti-virus makes perfect sense as it allows the system to be used out of the box. The applications are easily removed. I was concerned that I would be spending days ripping apps out of the system. My thanks to AST for thinking of their customers! The labeling including Dell's original service tag (essential for getting accurate parts done the road), AST's service tag, and Microsoft's COA (product ID) number. Windows authentication was complete in seconds. I've had a lot of experience with PC's you don't need it with this system. While instructions are not included, all that needs to be done is to connect keyboard, mouse, and monitor and then power up. The Windows staging is well done.

Pros: This is a solid, reliable, good performing desktop PC. I bought this for a client who wanted a reliable home office machine. It fit her needs perfectly. Installation was quick; unpacking the box took longer than Windows 10 startup. As expected from Dell, it simply works as described.

Cons: None. If this is the type of system you require it will do the job all day long.

Pros: Excellent printer value. Solid, apparently reliable color laser printer. Easy to setup - wireless operation is functional from multiple PC's and tablets. Good color reproduction. Ability to copy bound documents is a plus. Overall it exceeded my expectations. Newegg shipment was excellent - next day arrival!

Cons: Manual duplex printing is a bit tricky but it can be done.

Pros: Worked great! Installed without problem in Lenovo G560 laptop. Typically great Newegg service - ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday!

Cons: None - but always make sure the memory is the right one for your system.
