Pros: I never expected the burner would be so easy and dependable. This is my first purchase of a LITE-ON product, so I was skeptical it would be robust and operate easily. I will from now on consider and recommend LITE-ON products very readily. Also, the NERO software has improved considerably from earlier version I had used and not thought of highly.

Cons: It does not walk my dog.
