Pros: Pro: Simple set up if you have the requisite computer

Cons: Cons: I really wanted to use my fax machine and I read that it would be easy, but later on I find that significant issues arise when attempting to put it into active use.

Overall Review: While other products being used to monitor security systems in a family business requires annual fees, this OBI 200 has the price win in ongoing cost. All my long distance phone calls are free in US and Canada from my Google Voice/OBI200 partnership.
