Pros: Decent PC condition, and quick service.

Cons: I have purchased several of these PC's and the continue to use Kingfast SSD drives, which inevitably fail. I have had to drive for a few hours when a client's business PC has crashed during business use. This has been happening for quite some time and I was told they were going to start using a different drive. To this date they have NOT. They don't seem to really care what is going on, and the response is simply to send another HDD. This does not help with the time spent and the embarrassment of having a unit die in the middle of use. Do NOT purchase from these people. They simply don't care. They are intentionally sending out garbage.

Overall Review: Go elsewhere. Do NOT buy.

Cons: Item arrived defective and damaged. Seller requested that I remove my claim BEFORE they would send replacement. Once I processed my request for refund, I am informed that they cannot replace the item. I still have not received a refund. Cheap, second-rate knock off of HP printer toner. Either spend the money for the real deal, or go to another replacement source. But do NOT buy this product line.

Pros: I got a monitor

Cons: This unit was packaged horribly. It was banging around inside a large cardboard box with absolutely no packaging material or protection, save a cardboard frame around the edges. The frame around the screen has two good sized nicks in it, and there is scotch tape on the base, as if someone had their desk notes taped to it. The screen itself has been wiped with what appears to be a dry cloth, and there are spots all over the unit, as if it had been splashed with something and not properly clean. I am half-afraid to even plug this in and test it. I am on hold with New Egg at this very moment, who now tells me the seller will contact me within 24-48 hours to process a return. This is the second issue I have had of this type with third party sellers through NewEgg.. I am now reconsidering doing any further business with them at all.

Overall Review: Buy somewhere else.

Absolutely NO contact, response or message from them 5 days after my order. I began submitting cancellation orders, and heard NOTHING. Then they decide to ship the item, out of thin air. I had already purchased a replacement directly from New Egg, which has already arrived.
