Pros: Great printer, saves lots of time especially for an eCommerce business. Easy to use, good amount of software that integrated with it.
Cons: Wastes one label every time you run out of labels mid print. Genuine DYMO labels are expensive, stick with the generic ones.
Seems to have turned into a paperweight

Pros: It looks nice, seems fast when it works.
Cons: I have both wireless and wired connections. 3 weeks after purchase the router locked up and I couldn't reset it by just holding the reset button in the back. (stick to the logical Cisco/Linksys) So I spoke with Cisco customer service and after a grueling 45 minutes he gives me the instructions on how to do a hard reset! [First you hold down the reset button for 60 sec, then unplug for 10 sec WHILE still holding the reset button. Plug the power back in THEN release the reset button.] Alright, well that's fine and dandy I figured it was probably a one time.. ish issue. Well, lo and behold every week or 2 it starts freezing up on me and needing a hard reset. When I say freeze up I mean both wired and wireless connections do not have internet access. After 2.5 months to the day the E4200 freezes up for the last time. It will not respond to a hard reset and has literally turned into a $200 paperweight. Cisco customer service simply keeps "escalating" the issue with no real help.
Overall Review: At first I was happy with my purchase and all was fine for 3 weeks when the issues began. My first interactions with customer service left much to be desired and the 2nd one is not going much better. The issue came to light after I could RMA the paperweight back, I would recommend you stay away and look somewhere else for a quality product.
