Pros: Thermaltake PSU's Features + Performance + NewEgg's Price = Irresistable Purchase! Features: - stable performance and excellent reliability - power efficiency and energy savings - modular design reduces cable clutter and increases the airflow - flat cables provides flexibility of cable routing thereby allowing cables to run along the back of motherboard and to be brought in the front as required - silent cooling (you can barely hear the fan) - warranty period of 5 years - customer service Performance: - Since installation, it has been nearly two months now and the PSU is operating silently and smoothly. Price: - $70 (after MIR: $20) In addition to a user manual, 1 power cord, 4 x mounting screw, and 4 x cable straps, the package contains a cable case that include following cables: 1 x Main Power Connector (to Motherboard), Black color (24 pin) 1 x ATX 12V Connector (to CPU), Black color (4+4 pin) 1 x Floppy Connector, Black color (4 pin) 4 x Peripheral Connector, Black color (4 pin) 4 x PCI-E Connector (to GPU), Red color (6+2 pin) 12 x SATA Connector (to SSD, HDD, ODD), Black color (5 pin) As I had an issue with the mail-in rebate claim, I contacted Thermaltake's USA Customer Service. I received a friendly reply from them after a week stating that my issue has been resolved. This is my first purchase of Thermaltake's product. As I am very satisfied with Thermaltake's PSU as well as their customer service, I would not hesitate in buying Thermaltake's products for my future needs.
Cons: None so far
Overall Review: In my computer case, the CPU cable fall short by few inches when I tried to route my cable along the back of motherboard and bring it in front from the top of motherboard. However, this was not a major issue for me. So no change in my rating.
