Pros: Burns anything I've put in it, is fast, no problems (so far) of any kind. Burned disks play fine in other drives. My thoughts pretty much match those of the other positive reviews. Thanks to them I bought this drive.

Cons: None really - some drives are quieter, tho this one's not bad. Others have commented that the disk tray is a little flimsy. Maybe it is but I don't use it for anything but a disk tray so that's not a problem either.

Overall Review: If you're replacing a PATA (IDE) drive you might need to tell the BIOS to activate the SATA port you're attached to. If your computer doesn't have an extra SATA power connector (mine would only reach the hard drive bay) you may need an adapter to connect from the older Molex power connector (which you may have plenty of ) to the SATA connector on your new drive.

Didn't work w/Vista

Rosewill RM-6500 3 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB RF Wireless Optical Portable Mini Mouse
Rosewill RM-6500 3 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB RF Wireless Optical Portable Mini Mouse

Pros: Works great on my desktop running Windows XP. Nice to "cut the cord". Didn't buy it to use with my desktop, but I do like it better than my old mouse.

Cons: Actually bought it to use with my laptop running Vista. (sorry, that's what I've got) Couldn't get it to install. Either said the INF was corrupt or reported it as an unknown device. Finally gave up and tried it on my desktop PC. It works there just fine.

Overall Review: If the reviews didn't have this mouse as being so unreliable, I'd try another one - a different one might work w/Vista. However, since I found a use for the one I have, I don't think I'll risk it on another one while I'm still ahead in this game...

Durable

Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter
Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter

Pros: I carry one of these in my pocket all the time. I lost the first one and other brands I tried failed after being carried around for a few weeks. Newegg's order history allowed me to find this kind again. The cable is heavier on these and I've carried the same one for several months without any problems.

Cons: None

No coasters

Pros: Had this drive (1270i) since Feb. 2010, never made a coaster yet and I use about the cheapest disks I can buy, usually thru NewEgg. Mostly HP and Imation. Since I buy 100 packs I know this thing has burned over 300 4.7GB DVD's. At least 50 DL disks. Don't burn a lot of CD's, but of the ones I have burned, none have gone bad. (In the past I had a lot of CD's go bad after about a year). Any burning software seems to work, tho my preference is ImgBurn and I always use verify. Never thought I'd be writing a review about "no coasters"... I see some of the reviewers haven't been so lucky, but mine has been flawless. I'm considering ordering another now that I realize how many discs I've burned!

Cons: None. Really, none.

Works as expected

Pros: Mine was a refurb - therefore was only 19.99 and it works great! It also came with a USB extension cable and holder so it can be mounted away from the computer if needed.

Cons: Had to get driver software from the web site. Not much of a con in my opinion.

Overall Review: If someone brings a PC to my house, this gives me an easy way to get the machine on my wireless network.
