Pros: 1] Cheap is #1. - As many said, cannot build your own with such spec at such low price. 2] Performance. - Speedy PC with very High performance-value ratio. - Expect to use 5+ years before considering slow for replacement. 3] Responsive customer service. - Emailed them several times. While sometimes got reply after 1-2 days, ok to my trivial Q.

Cons: Cons. 1] I replaced the ram with a 32 Gb o.c. to 3200 (Item#: N82E16820331498). 2] (see pic) keyboard came with a key coming off. - Ok to me, just pushed back. Also I use my own keyboard anyway :P 3] (see pic) the whole PC tower volume can be HALF size. - I very prefer a small PC case since I may relocate ... 4] fan is noisy. Consider to replace if need quiet ambience in future.

Overall Review: Overall Review 1] PS: I am not a gamer, but a professional software developer. 2] Have used the PC longer than 1 month before writing this review. 3] I hesitated buying because of several reviews complaining such model not working when it came. Perhaps just 1-2 cables disconnected which is easily self-fixable. In my case, nothing critical came wrong, & so I am very satisfied. Would recommend & buy from ABS again if they keep the low-price position.
