Pros: Great video clarity and color, good software, swivel and clip I'm not using it for still photos.

Cons: Automatic setting for 4 LEDs can surprise me - VERY bright! esp if I turn off the light on my desk But LEDs are completely controllable using the software.

Overall Review: Would love a lens cap that is attached - like a film camera. Otherwise, for an entry level webcam, this thing Rocks!
