Pros: - easy to setup - instructions are short and sweet

Cons: - feels a little cheaply made, wish it had a little more heft to it, but I guess it doesn't need it.

Overall Review: Got this little guy to convert the 5v RGB fans in the front of my Phanteks P400A Digital to the 12v headers on my motherboard. After some quick trouble shooting (i didn't have the fans daisy chained right) it worked flawlessly. Recommended.
