Awesome Case for price

Pros: This case freakin rocks. It looks really really nice. It has a high quality black finish, nice accents, and a window to boot. Doesn't look or feel cheap in any way. Good ventilation with 3 120mm fans. Has plenty of drive bays for anything you need. CD drive covers look really nice and work perfectly. NO FRONT DOOR!! I hate cases with front doors, they're so annoying. This one is plain and simple and elegant. No cheesy frills or lights. Case seems sturdy, but is also pretty light. Plus for me. Tool less design works well.
Cons: front I/O ports are on the side? Kind of weird and annoying. Instruction manual is worthless, but not that big of a deal, even first time system builders should know how to do stuff, or at least look it up on the internet. Front fan grill is restrictive. Side fan should be placed lower to blow on the graphics card (8800 GTS), right now it blows right above mine, wish it blew right below it to put fresh air into the graphics card fan. You gotta figure out how to do the tool less design for yourself. Wish it was Aluminum instead of steal, but at this price, who cares.
Overall Review: Really a good case. Was expecting a cheap case, but was really surprised to get a case as high quality as this one at this price. Highly highly recommended.
Ugh, why do I have to switch

Pros: Future-proof. 64 bit, so it should be faster in the future. Looks neat and is safer than XP.
Cons: Ugh, I hate having to switch to Vista. I think I'll get a copy of XP and make my computer a dual-boot system. This thing has compatibility problems with almost everything! It took a lot of effort to get most of my games running well. The added "security features" get really really annoying, I need to find out how to disable most of them.
Overall Review: Hopefully any software that I purchase in the future won't have any problems and will run faster. If I had to do it again, I probably would have stuck with XP for another year or 2, but wanted to save my money and get Vista to be future-proof.
Excellent, with problems

Pros: Fantastic concept, and overall game design. Empire management has good balance of customizability and ease to control. Naval battles are stellar. Absolutely awesome. Land battles are good as well, but nothing special. Replayability is excellent. Even in the same scenarios, the AI will do drastically different things. Game is very addicting. Its overall very good.
Cons: BUGGY! I am running Vista 64 bit, and the game crashes about every 30 minutes, no matter what you do. You just have to live with it and load the autosave every 30 minutes. They have released a few patches, but they didn't help much. This game is very demanding graphics wise. The graphics are good, but I have an 8800GTS and still large battles are jerky at low settings. Land battles aren't as good as they could be. The units are finicky, and will shoot in the direction of your own units causing a lot of friendly fire if you're not careful. No map/scenario editor, although one is supposed to come out soon.
Overall Review: This game got 4/5 eggs because of the bugs. If they fix up the bugs, I would gladly give it 5 eggs. Seriously though, the Naval aspect of the game is awesome. I would pay full retail price for this game if it was only about naval battles and without empire management or land battles. They're that good.
Good Quality - Low durability

Pros: Amazing sound quality. 5.1 is incredible, sounds better than most speaker systems (minus the bass, but the bass is still really good as far as headphones go). For gaming, the 5.1 is amazing. Wayyy better than stereo. You can actually hear someone walking/talking behind you, or hear a car trying to pass you. Microphone worked really well also. Not the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn for long periods of time, but they're definitely not the worst.
Cons: They broke. I used them pretty heavily, and they lasted about 18 months before some of the plastic parts started to break. The microphone also broke about the same time. So, if you game a lot, and will use the headphones several hours a day, don't expect this headset to last much more than 18 months.
Overall Review: No USB, so make sure you have at least a 6 channel audio card/motherboard so you can plug all the jacks in. Overall, I really really liked this headset, I just wished it would have lasted longer.
Best Game Ever

Pros: Best RTS ever. Hands down. Best graphics I've ever seen, which is pretty demanding, but its pretty optimized, so even a mediocre video card can still handle the amazing graphics. Intelligent squads and realistic vehicles are amazing. This game is so awesome I can't even put it into words. Just go to YouTube and watch gameplay videos to get an idea of how awesome and realistic the game is. Campaigns are fun, and online multiplayer is pretty good.
Cons: Online multiplayer is a little buggy and slow. Its been getting better with patches, but still not as good as it should be.
Overall Review: Not an FPS, its a strategy game. This price is really good, get it while you can!
Good, but some problems

Pros: Good game concept, impressive graphics, fun large-scale battles. Economies are run well. Learning curve is low enough to not frustrate you, but the game is complex enough to be entertaining for a while. The AI is pretty good. Diplomacy is better than average. I overall really like this game.
Cons: This game is flawed in the same way (almost) every Microsoft game is flawed. The different "races" are just nearly identical technologies and ships with different skins. Playing different races makes little difference in the actual game play. Microsoft keeps doing this in all their games. Games like Starcraft and Company of Heros which have drastically different, yet balanced, races/factions have much better playability are are more interesting, because each race/faction has different units and different tactics. It shows to me that the game creators at Microsoft aren't very creative, and can't balance out different types of units. I like playing this game, but I think it would be much more interesting with races that really were different.
Overall Review: Games take a while to play out, like 4-8 hours. I have stayed up a few nights till 4 a.m. without even noticing how long I had been playing. Games can get monotonous. Game was worth my money, but it wasn't extraordinary. Intel quad-core Q6600 4 gB DDR2 800 RAM 8800GTS 320 mb graphics card 20'' monitor Dual Raptor RAID 0 HDDs Game ran without a hiccup with all settings at max with my set-up.
