New H105 review

Pros: Thick 38mm radiator. Relatively easy install at the top of my 750D case. Best cooler I've used so far to cool my FX-8350 @ 4.6GHz. No Corsair Link software or pump speed control makes for simple setup, minimal wiring, and no adjustments. Running two Noctua NF-F12 PWM fans connected to CPU fan port on my mobo; I adjust their speed with ASUS Fan Xpert. Corsair provides the right screws to run the fans/radiator in push configuration. Thank you Corsair!
Cons: Uses OEM backplate, but must use the provided screws. When first installing with OEM backplate and their screws, the backplate was loose, but once I mounted the water block to the CPU and tightened it down, everything was nice and tight. 38mm thick radiator plus 25mm thick fans may cause space problems for some people. No Corsair Link and no pump speed adjustment may be a con for some.
Overall Review: This is the BEST CPU cooler I've used for my FX-8350. I run at 4.6GHz @ 1.425 vcore and it idles at 37 C. Far Cry 3 runs at a whopping 65 C but holds stable. These temps are from ASUS FanXpert, reading from BIOS, not the bogus readings everyone gets from CoreTemp and such on their FX-8350. These are the best temps I've seen so far. I thought my Noctua's would be better but learned AFTER installation that the included Corsair fans spin up to 2,700rpm and offer more than 3.1 mmH2O static pressure! Too lazy to change out to the included fans for now, so I cannot comment on their performance. Overall this product is an absolute knockout! Don't go with a cheaper unit, just save your pennis for this guy. It's better than my Antec Kuhler 920, my CM Hyper 212+, my TT Water 2.0 Pro...should I keep going?
Junk. One module only lights up sometimes

Pros: -Looks stunning when it's working.
Cons: -Unreliable. One memory stick always gives hard time to light up.
Overall Review: I bought two of these, so I have a total of four modules. Every time I do a cold boot, one of the modules does not light up - the same one every time. I have to hard reset one or two times before it lights up. Tried re-seating the RAM, I have XMP profile enabled, nothing works. Overall not recommended, that's a 25% failure rate. Tried calling Corsair, their system had me on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up and hanged up.
I quite like them

Pros: -Great price when it goes on sale -Great look, easy to control
Cons: -Motherboard control from EVGA X299 Micro did not work properly
Overall Review: So it's a pretty good product when it goes on sale. The cycle of effects is very cool and it's easy to use once I figured it out. Pressing Auto starts the RGB madness but it automatically cycles through modes about once every minute. If you want a specific RGB effect, you have to press Auto and then go left or right and then land on the RGB mode you want and it will stay there. The remote also has selection of simple Red, Green, Blue, or White but that is for all the fans, cannot program individually. I bought two of these kits, so four fans total and everything just works great on one fan hub and one remote. It does not play nicely with my EVGA X299 Micro motherboard to control colors and modes from my motherboard software, and these LED's are way more dramatic than the 'RGB' ones that came with my Raijintek 240 RGB AIO CPU Cooler but that's okay. The look is just spectacular.

Pros: Bought this for my home server build. Hybrid fan mode is cool. Really nice cabling, I LOVE the flat ribbon cables. It feels like a retro build and it's really easy to squeeze them in tight spaces.
Cons: SeaSonic denied my rebate claim, saying that "they do not deliver rebates to PO Boxes." My town does not have a mail delivery service, so I specified my street address and PO Box on all the rebate forms and return address - this is how I handle all of my mail, but I guess that was not good enough for them. One egg down because the rebate company SeaSonic and XFX use are scumbags.
Overall Review: I like this PSU so much I'll buy it again and again, with or without the rebate. I am zero for two on SeaSonic and XFX PSU rebates. They need to use a different company to process.
Great PSU, sleezy company

Pros: Fully modular, Hybrid Fan Mode (only runs fan under 20% load or more), Gold-certified efficiancy, quiet. Used this for my new office PC build. Just a top-notch PSU overall.
Cons: Fully modular CAN take up more space, so this may be an issue for people looking to use this in a compact Mini-ITX build. XFX rejected my claim for the $15 mail-in rebate stating that an invoice or packing list was not included. They even scanned my documents to the rebate service who e-mailed me the link, which even clearly shows my invoice was in there! I can re-submit the claim, but how without the original cut-out of the serial number from the box.
Overall Review: Great PSU but a sleezy company that did not honor my rebate. XFX even ignored my follow-up e-mail about denying my claim. I had all the proper documentation and even have photocopies of everything that I sent to them so don't say I didn't warn you if you buy this counting on the rebate. Due to this kind of behavior, I recently purchased the SeaSonic equivalent of this PSU for a new build I am working on, because XFX left a bad taste in my mouth.
Rock solid & dirt cheap but dated

Pros: Dirt cheap and gets even cheaper when it goes on sale. Very fast BIOS. Built two systems with this motherboard and both are running without a hitch. On-board Radeon HD 4250.
Cons: 8GB maximum memory is kind of shy these days. No USB 3.0 but I didn't pay enough to get that.
Overall Review: Biostar consistently takes 6 months to deliver a rebate so if you're counting on that, be prepared to give it some time. AMD's pace of CPU releases and their performance leaves us with very limited future-proofing.
