Pros: Love the design, Thankful they got rid of the Toshiba Drives. loud awful with the Platters clanking.

Cons: Had it set for one network, Client Ended up Changing Service providers Went to change it over did a Factory Reset on it as they did not inform Upon setup they changed. Once Factory reset concluded. The Http/Https access would no longer work. Now waiting on tier 3 to contact and Remote in. Neeedless to say not happy and if this is not resolved tonight client is going to be non to happy.

Overall Review: Wish Tier 3 would have a faster respond time. last time with battling Tech support via chat and phone took 7 days to get to tier 3 and that was 2 RMA units then come to find out it was the drive platters with the toshiba Drives.

Pros: Love the unit, bought the retail kit, locally and have had real no serious problems with the unit.

Cons: some times during a call the headset will reset it's self but only last for less then 15 seconds and the call is never dropped.

Overall Review: the earbuds that come some times are a hard fit, wish there was a way to do a custom form ear bud for these and other types of ear buds.
