Hello, 
Can install windows 8.1 on this Dual CPU Socket motherboard? 
Actually I want to build a computer with Dual CPU Socket operating System Windows 8.1 or upgrade in the near future.

So can you please recommend a Motherboard and CPU wiht following Criteria:

Dual CPU Socket XL ATX Motherboard
Most powerful CPU
Lots of PCI Express slots ( That's why I am looking for an XL-ATX motherboard) 
Memory (RAM) has to be minimum of 1024 GB or higher
Lots of Memory slots minimum 8 slots
1200 or 1500 Watts Dual Power Supply unit
I want install all these to the following case unless you have a better and larger case than this.

The system I built using the MB above (Intel DBS2600CP2 SSI EEB Server Motherboard Dual LGA 2011 DDR3 1600) uses two Intel Xeon CPU E5-2630 0 @ 2.30GHz.  I run with 128 GB RAM, although this board maxes out at 512 GB if I wanted it (16X 32GB cards).  (Remember, if you go over 64 GB, you'll have to use registered memory).  I run Window 8.1 Pro and haven't had any issues/problems at all.  Installed comfortably in LIAN LI full tower.  Only problem is limited number of USB slots (only 4)  This case has more device bays than you'll EVER need, and I'm using something like 13 fans without issue.  I also seem to remember at least 8 PCI-E the last time I had it open.
