I bought this tower and wheels in reservoir are not spinning. Is it normal?

if you're not running anything and your just idle on your desktop then they probably wont spin but if you run like a game or something then they should be spinning.

Not sure what the dimensions are on your card, but mine is 12 inches long, and 5 inches tall, fits with room to spare

The small "Gamer Storm" Box that is mounted next to the radiator, can someone explain what that is?

That is the flow meter.  Two wheels in there turn to show that the fluid is moving.

I got this case, and see that there is room between the case and the front panel to add some fans, how would one take off the front panel to do so?

If you look inside the case you will see little plugs inserted in the pins that hold the front panel on. Once those are removed the front panel can be removed by simply pulling.  I usually start from the bottom.

is the liquid cooling is compatible with the amd FX series cpu?

The case comes with 2 brackets. One for Intel and one for AMD. As for specific models of each, I'm not sure. But it should work with it.

Does the water cooling block have thermal paste already applied?

The cooling block does not have thermal paste applied to it. It does come with a tube of off brand thermal paste. I would purchase a good thermal paste if you are concerned with temps.

The entire case is awesome though. You won't find a better deal for a well built water cooling/case for it's current price.

Can the video card be mounted vertically on this case?

No. I did modify mine to mount it vertically though. There is cutting and fabrication involved.

Does the case come with the 2 120mm fans in the front of case?

Case comes with 2 120mm black and red fans up top on the radiator and 1 120mm plain black fan for exhaust in the back has holes for 2 120mm fans in the front or 1 140mm but they are not included

I see the front panel. it looks as though it has 2x 5.25 bays for rom drives. however I do not see it listen in the specs? Does it indeed have slots for a dvd rom drive?

It does have the slots for dvd drives but the reservoir to the water cooler is in the way, it's a shame but I'm running a rig without one so I'm just going to plug one in to the side just for installing Windows then I'm taking it out. Hope this helps
