Is the 5.25" cage removable?

Yes. The front and top panels need to be removed to access the screws to do so.

How tall heatsink can i fit?

I am running the stock heatsink that came with my amd 8350 and there is loads of room all around it. I would imagine that any normal heatsink would fit.

How do I reattach the front panel? It seems impossible to get the top part of the plastic to latch into the top panel.

When you insert the front panel make sure the top part is inserted properly, then carefully push the plastic pins into their mounting holes.  I usually do this with the case on the floor, with the front side/panel facing upwards (vertically).

Just be sure to take care of the side panel with the window, and avoid doing it on carpet floors.

Does this case have air filters on the front fan slots?

It does. On both slots. They get dusty crazy fast, but still a great setup.

Can an AIO cooler be mounted on top of the case?

Ues, I had a corsair h100i v2 mounted. The only problem is the location of tubes, my DVD writer pushed on them on one side and GPU radiator/fan on the other, so it's a tough fit but it will fit

It's plastic, but fairly thick. It's not really flimsy or cheap feeling.

Can the BLUE led lights be replaced easily?

It looks like it would be easy, it's just two, small LEDs. They're inconspicuous though, if the case was up, you wouldn't even see them. The rear fan is barely a fan though and I replaced that. It is a nice case for the money.

What is the height and width of the PSU cabin? or what PSU do you have that fits this case?

Not sure the specifics, but I have a EVGA 650 G2 in here, fits easily. Don't recommend this case due to horrible airflow in the front.

Support for E-ATX board?

No I don't think an E-ATX board will fit this case as it only for an ATX, Micro ATX, Mini-ITX, and an E-ATX is bigger than an ATX and barely fits good with an ATX board.
