When will i see the white light ? I purchased on 7/6 and 1 time when my pc started up it pulsed. Hasn't since then.

The pump light should slowly pulse all the time. Make sure the pump is plugged into the CPU fan header, that the pump is set to run at max speed all the time in the bios, and that the water pump is actually running. I assume that you would have had temp issues if it was not running but one can never be too sure. If you checked and double checked all of these things and they all seem to be in good order and it is still not working then you may want to contact seller for RMA if it is a deal breaker.

Yes , but you have to contact the DeepCool website and they will send you the adapter. It takes a few day after you contact them to get it. No cost to you for them to send it to you.

No they're not this unit is self contained and prefilled cannot be taken apart

As the product name and the manufacturer's website suggests yes it is AM4 compatible. The one I purchased obviously did not have one as it was before the release of AM4 however deepcool is on their game and has updated the package contents with an AM4 compatible bracket.
